Now my main concern is it a hardware issue or could it be a software issue because I have recently installed different software since it worked like virus protection and etc. It started to do this when I unconnected my computer and took it my son's house for him to work on it and since then it has given this message. Even when reinstalling the driver it gives me the same message. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and resetting the power and usb connections to and from the printer. The thing is that I have the correct cartridges (JF333 color) and the first cartridge gave me the message so i went and bought a new one and it still gives me the same error.
